If you don't care for good deal, fair treatment and bein I have worked with many dealerships in my life and pretty much know what to expect from them. If you don't care for good deal, fair treatment and being treated with respect well this is your place! After I lost almost two hours negotiating trade in (with sales person and manager involved) and trying to clarify financing I was told that the car I want is not in stock and the dealer will have to charge me extra $500 for delivery transfer. Even after I realized that a deal won't be made and just wanted to leave they kept being pushy and stubborn. Honestly people there are better places out there! More

My new CRV needed a sunroof adjustment which was going to take a few hours before they could get to it. I was quickly offered by service tech Joe a ride home in Boch's shuttle van. A few hours later I got a call that it was ready and they were sending the shuttle out to my home to bring me back. In a few days a new part arrived and it was quickly replaced while I waited. Problem resolved with total satisfaction! More
