Bait and switch My wife and I went down to Boch Honda to look at a used car which was advertise for $24500 on the Boch website. When we got there, we were inform by R My wife and I went down to Boch Honda to look at a used car which was advertise for $24500 on the Boch website. When we got there, we were inform by Rich Green, the sales manager, that the price is a mistake and that the real price was $27900. This is a classic bait and switch tactic by Boch Honda. My wife and I wasted a whole Sunday afternoon in Boch, I wish Boch can just do honest business instead of resorting to cheap sales tactic . In my opinion, it is very un-ethical for Boch Honda to put up false advertised price and raise the price once the customer is in the dealer. I would not recommend Boch Honda to my friend and family, I thought a big car dealership such as Boch would be above all that un-ethical sale tactics, but I guess I was wrong. More

We arrived close to closing and you still took your time showing and demonstrating the vehicle to my daughter and test drove it so she could be comfortable driving this new vehicle. We kept the entire staff there very late that evening so THANK YOU to all. Yes, we did buy the car and you and your team actually drove it down to get it inspected, registered and then delivered it to my house with a full tank of gas. Not sure what Sales it trying to do Entered dealership and was quickly greeted by a person who connected me to a sales associate. That was excellent! Since I already knew what I wanted a Entered dealership and was quickly greeted by a person who connected me to a sales associate. That was excellent! Since I already knew what I wanted and my price options we focused directly on price negotiation. The first offer the associate came back with was $2.5K higher than offers that I received the same day or the day before from three other dealers. No problem so far. When Marc the sales manager came forward he accused me that I could not get this price since they, i.e. Boch Honda, are the cheapest and biggest dealer in the Region. Very disrespectful with a logic that I can not follow and arguments that I do not care about. He repeated it a couple times, which did not really help. Bought my car the same day at another Honda dealership in Lynn, MA. I do not recommend this dealership if you know what you are getting and know what a reasonable good offer from other dealership look like. On the other hand I gave it two stars, because without that pre-work the process could have been ok. Hard to know, though. More

I saw a car on-line and went to see it in person 4 days ago. I dealt with the online rep, the receptionist and the saleswoman (Inna) only. I was in the dealership for no more than 15min. I told her I had an appt down the road @Prime Honda already to see the same car but another color. She gave me the best price they had with dest incl and warned me not to trust Prime Hondas price. I went to Prime and the car was not what I had expected and needed a part to be ordered. I came back to Boch and agreed to buy the car from them. .... after filling out the paperwork the manager came up to say he could not do the price they promised... he said the price i was given was for a lease (I have never and will never lease a car, nor did I ever mention anything about leasing, he said he told me 4 days ago the price was only good for that day (I never met him 4 days ago)... he then tried saying he "remembered me" then changed the story after I told him I never met any manager that his "other manager remembers me"... The saleswoman Inna looked completely embarrassed and her face was all red. (She was in shock and ashamed) I dont know what the games are that they are playing but it was completely unprofessional. I have since warned 15 other people never to go there. More

Amine also took the time to orient me to the 2018 CR-V with all the new upgrades compared to earlier model which I really appreciated. His prompt attention to registration and insurance on the new car was also appreciated. Amine is also a very nice person to work with. We leased our last two cars with him and plan to work with him on any other leases. More

If you know what you want and are willing to walk away if you don't get it, then most likely you'll find the right middle ground. I've bought a car from them twice in 13 years. Both times went there after visiting 5+ other sellers in person and 20+ online listings. Both times paid around $500 more than I wanted to but $1000+ less than any other deal I could get without spending days or even weeks chasing, or taking risks. But had to go through all the games with "let me get my manager" and "we don't publish our second best price" first so you need a healthy tolerance for the classic car sales BS process. Oh, and the first (used) car they sold me lasted 13 years. More
