Awful To preface I have only ever owned Honda’s, this is my 6th car~ 3rd serviced at Boch 2 years ago in the fall of 2016 I brought my car in for a $1500 To preface I have only ever owned Honda’s, this is my 6th car~ 3rd serviced at Boch 2 years ago in the fall of 2016 I brought my car in for a $1500.00 service and once completed picked it up as usual. Not long after the car just died while driving, I had it towed to Boch. I was advised that the mechanic had made an error while servicing the vehicle but that all repairs would be handled, the car has never been the same. Since then I have had random issues with the car: Rattling Humming Vibration Electric short in the ceiling Power issues, battery draining I replaced my tires, suspension/stabilizer and had the car die multiple times for unknown reasons. Well a couple weeks ago it died… again… so I had to call AAA again to start my car (all of the AAA people know me now) and I brought it back to Boch. I explained to Them my current top issues: Still Rattling, Humming and vibration ~ even though I have been told twice “if you do this it will be as good as new and you won’t have that problem anymore” ie. Tires Jan 2018 and suspension/stabilizer bar July 2018 Power issue, when I need to drive my kids to school going out to drive my car and it being DEAD My less than a year old tires are not holding air (I have complained about this a few times but am always told its just temperature change) They feel they “fixed” the battery/power issue and finally found a problem with the tires/wheels which he repaired. However now it is being recommended we do the right front bearing “that will fix the humming/vibration” ~ I cannot even handle it… I have already paid and done what would “Fix” that and I am not interested in paying MORE to fix what I was promised would have been fixed before the last $2800m I have sunk into it! So there is my story of a fading fan… I sent this to the GM of Boch with no response. Buying a Lincoln. More

Very customer oriented to make me happy I have been bringing my cars to Boch for years for oil changes and occasional issues. My new CRV needed a sunroof adjustment which was going to take a I have been bringing my cars to Boch for years for oil changes and occasional issues. My new CRV needed a sunroof adjustment which was going to take a few hours before they could get to it. I was quickly offered by service tech Joe a ride home in Boch's shuttle van. A few hours later I got a call that it was ready and they were sending the shuttle out to my home to bring me back. In a few days a new part arrived and it was quickly replaced while I waited. Problem resolved with total satisfaction! More

They said I needed a new transmission which would cost 6,000. Then the insurance company came in and all the sudden the one I have can be fixed for 1,700. They fixed my car without my permission. Very bad experience! More
Awful Dealer!! Awful experience!!! Brought in my brand new Honda Pilot with a dead starter on Friday around 2 pm. Around 5:45 I call to check on the status since I h Awful experience!!! Brought in my brand new Honda Pilot with a dead starter on Friday around 2 pm. Around 5:45 I call to check on the status since I had gotten no Call. At that time I’m told it’s the starter and the car would be ready the next day. At around noon I call them, again no call with an update, and I’m told they didn’t have the starter in stock and had to order it and I wouldn’t have my car until Tuesday. At this point I was livid! No calls with status updates and now no car. To top it off a well known dealer like Boch does not offer courtesy vehicles! I had to pay for a rental out of pocket when I have a brand new car! Worst experience ever! Do not go to Boch Honda!! More
