I dropped off my Honda Accord Sunday night when the service department was closed. I left a detailed note stating the problem. There is a whirring/spinning noise every morning when you start the car it service department was closed. I left a detailed note stating the problem. There is a whirring/spinning noise every morning when you start the car it doesn't do it every time but the first time every day it does.Need technician present when starting the car in the morning so they will hear the noise.I went by Boch Honda Monday morning @ 8:15 and talked to Vinny he told me they heared the noise and the car was being repaired as we speak.I thanked him for the attention to my note and Vinny said he would call me when the car is ready I thank him again and left.I received a phone call @ 9:30 from Vinny saying the car will be ready after 10:00.The service was really tremendous and was very pleased. I bought my car at another Honda dealer 4 years ago, but I have serviced it at Boch Honda since I got it. I have always had friendly service, even if the service center was really busy. Sometimes the wait has been a bit long for an oil change, but the waiting room is so great that I never really cared. You have a large, flat screen tv, wireless internet, and complimentary snacks and coffee! This past time I went for service, I dealt with Brandon Doucette. He smiled at me when I arrived, he reviewed the options with me, and basically made it very simple for me. I was a bit frustrated that the warranty company wasn't open when I went in for service on Saturday (in my opinion, one of the busiest car repair days), so I had to go back another day. Not easy when you work two jobs. Brandon made it as easy for me as he possibly could. He made calls to the warranty company ahead of time for me and followed up with me. I took it in, and received the most prompt service I ever have. I was in and out in around 45 minutes. Warranty company paid. $0 out of pocket expense. I will definitely give this dealership my business the next time I buy a car. More

I made a 10AM appointment for my first oil change on my new 2010 Honda Fit. I arrived about 15 minutes early but had to wait in line until a little after 10. Once inside I only had to wait a minute or two before Sean came over to help me. He said that they were busy that morning so it might be a longer wait than it normally would be but when I mentioned I had made an appointment he said he would do his best to speed things up. When I bought the car my salesman said my first oil change would be free but Sean said that Boch Honda doesn't really do that anymore but since I was told that then he would honor it. True to his word Sean came to get me after only a 45 minute wait instead of the hour and a half he originally thought. He explained everything that they did to my car including spotting a slight problem with my right rear door that I didn't even notice. All in all it was an excellent experience. Everyone, especially Sean, was very professional, friendly, and effecient. The waiting area was roomy and comfortable with a TV and vending machines. I would definitely recommend Boch Honda to anyone. More
Brandon has been terrific on my past few services at Boch Honda. He he is polite, knowledgeable and offers what ever discounts are available to ease the blow at check out time. I had two recent visits to BOCH HONDA to get some repairs done that were under warranty and I received great customer service from the Service Consultant, Brian Conroy. Even though I live in Quincy, I'll be going back to BOCH HONDA for all my future Honda Accord service repairs, because Brian really took good care of me. Richard went out of his way to take care of my car repair. It was a very rainy day and my windshield wipers were not working. Brandon really went beyond the call for us! He was personable, friendly, accomodating, reassuring from the moment we met him. He offered us a ride and/or directions to local entertainment while our car was being fixed, communicated well with us throughout the whole process so we always knew the status of the repair, explained the billing to us, offered us each a bottle of water for the ride home, and even took his own time to explain features of our car. He also openly communicated that he would always be there for us in the future if further problems came up. In short, Brandon was an excellent representative of Boch Honda and we definitely plan to work with him in the future if we should ever need further work done on our car! More
