We were very disappointed in the Sales Manager, Eric, so much so we were going to leave the dealership and not buy a car from Boch. He was by far the worst sales person we had to experience and if we had to deal with him any further, we would not have bought the car. Eric was rude and unprofessional on both nights we were there. He might have quotas or had a long day, but so did we. And although we only buy cars ever 5 to 10 years, he did not bring any value to the car buying experience. More

When she was not able to be there on Sunday due to here son being sick, CJ stepped right in and without a beat was able to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and then was very fair with us on the final $$$. Kirk was very efficient in getting through the financing. Everyone we worked with and ran into through the whole process was very professional and friendly.
