Tim is the only salesperson I will go to! I would rate Tim with 6 stars if I could. Tim is a low-pressure guy, who takes the time to actually listen to what you want. He is not satisfied until you are completely happy. Difficult to deal with Went in with a online quote for a new CRV. Tim said he didn't have that same vehicle, Instead tried to push a similar model with ugly pinstriping on u Went in with a online quote for a new CRV. Tim said he didn't have that same vehicle, Instead tried to push a similar model with ugly pinstriping on us. Only when we refused to pay extra for the pinstriping did the one we wanted magically turn up. Gave us a very lowball offer of $4600 for our trade in, which we foolishly accepted because Tim said he couldn't sell it. A few days later they had it listed for sale at $13,000! Love our new CRV but hated the experience of dealing with Tim and Boch. We had a online quote for the CRV, but Tim did not nothing to get a better price. I hate to leave a negative review, but they sent me many many annoying emails asking me for this feedback. More
