Worst Experience I had the worst experience with Boch Honda West! I went in there looking to lease a new vehicle and the ones they offered were sub-par. I then found a used car that I fell in love with and the salesman made it seem like I would never be able to afford it, even though it was easily in my budget. I went into the dealership with my dad and the salesman would only talk to him, even though it was me buying the car. I've never felt so small! He only let us take the car for a very short ride, not even on the highway even though we were very close. I decided I still loved the car and wanted to buy it. He sat down and started working numbers and I asked him to adjust the interest rate they were working with because I knew I could get a better one, but he refused. He then went and got the finance manager who said there was nothing he could do for us and he refused to change the rates to see if the payment would be in my price range. We left very upset and I called the general manager the next day. He apologized for the service and said he still wanted to sell us the car. We put a $200 deposit down on the car and then decided to continue our search until we could get back to the dealership. I ended up getting much better service at another dealer and requested my money back. Ten days later and they still haven't given me my money back. I reported them to my credit card agency. Very disappointed. More

Joe who? What preappoval? We have been to several dealers looking for the right car right price right terms. My credit is blemished so before I made the journey to Boch West I We have been to several dealers looking for the right car right price right terms. My credit is blemished so before I made the journey to Boch West I applied online. Had a transfer of several emails. Heard from six to seven different reps and salesman. I asked them to run the credit application on a specific vehicle. They replied back that I was preapproved and asked when I could come in. I left work early losing overtime pay to meet with Joe Dolan. I get there an after a long wait a rep named Kirk said Joe wasn't coming in an he would help me. I had to explain everything all over to him. Told him which vehicle had been discussed. He tells me three times they have no such vehicle. I showed him stock number I brought with me and he pauses then replies with oh that must have just come in. Waited another 20-30mins. Only for a manager named Mark to tell me they never ran the application there was no preappoval and if I wanted the vehicle I had to out 4000 down. This place is unbelievable. Waste of time which I tried to avoid from start of communication. Poor communication, false information to buyers, faulty computer system that can't transfer info. Overall xxxxxxxxx. More

When we arrived Corey was there to greet us and help us find our new car. We were not sure what we wanted but with Corey's help we were able to find exactly the right car for us. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. This is the first time purchasing a new car was a pleasure.
