Also, he seemed utterly annoyed that we had done our research and were prepared. I do not recommend wasting time at Boch Honda. More

August 7, 2014 Boch Honda West is the Best !!!!! Boch Honda West is the Best! I know that every Dealership strives to help their customers the best way they can and every Sales Consultants gives you Boch Honda West is the Best! I know that every Dealership strives to help their customers the best way they can and every Sales Consultants gives you their best knowledge, expertise, courtesy, professionalism, and kindness they know how. However, I went to at least 3 other Dealership and 2 or more other smaller dealerships and the experience I had was not the same as Boch Honda West. Normally I would bring my friend with me but I think she was starting to get frustrated with the whole process because she would asked a lot of questions and the other dealership was not as knowledgeable as she would like and because of that I literally went to Boch Honda West three times before I truly decided to see a Sales Consultant. Thank God! John Debronzo, Jr. approached me and found a really great car. We found the car on Monday and Tuesday John said he would have everything ready, however he didn't work Tuesday but came in to finish everything that needed to be done and the detailing work. John had the car ready as promised on his day off but I wasn't ready on my part to pick up the car. Overall John continues to show professionalism, kindness, courtesy, and expertise as a Sales Consultant from beginning to the end and this is how "Boch Honda West is the Best!" More

Rick Petroff was the salesman assisting me in my search, and I can say without question, it was a pleasure talking with someone who was experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I felt comfortable with the fact that Rick did not pressure me, but instead took the time to answer all of my questions about the car I was considering; plus he showed me all of the amenities & features that were included. I am now a proud owner of a 2014 Honda Accord, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at Boch Honda West. A big thank you to Rick Petroff, the manager, Mark, and the salespeople on the floor. Not only were they personable & experienced, they all applauded & congratulated me on my new car purchase as I rang the bell!! I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Terrible experience, will never buy from Boch Drove over an hour to look at an Acura TL that was for sale. Car drove nice, sat down with Kirk to discuss price. Sales manager came over, was very rude, and pushy throughout the entire process. I informed Kirk early on within the process that I already had financing lined up, and that if they wanted to finance the car, they would need to beat the rate I was getting. Back and forth on price with sales manager, he gives his best and final offer, wife and I decide to go slightly over budget to meet their price. Suddently sales manager changes his offer that the price he gave is only good if financing through them, at a .25% rate higher than my local bank was offering. Kirk would have completed a sale that day if the sales manager didn't try and pull a fast one. Days go by and I get an email from someone, which I respond to the way things went. Boch then contacts me offering the vehicle for my original offer. I look online, and they lowered the price, so they try and make it seem like they're doing something for me in offering the car for my original offer. I will never visit a Boch dealership if these are the games they try playing, when I informed them early on in the process that I had financing lined up. Kirk was polite and friendly, however the sales manager who didn't even introduce himself, was completely rude, insulting, and could learn something from some basic customer service training. If this is how Boch trains their managers, and the tactics they use, I have no interest in dealing with Boch dealerships. More

Sales Person was ok, Floor Manager was a Cheat They gave me a quote through TRUECAR. I expected them to honor it - which was the whole purpose of going through TRUECAR. However, when I went there They gave me a quote through TRUECAR. I expected them to honor it - which was the whole purpose of going through TRUECAR. However, when I went there the floor manager (his name was Tom Bear or Pear, not fully sure) decided he was not going to honor it - even it came from them. He came up with some story saying that MSRP of the car was $175 more than what HONDA had told them or some phony story. One look at this guy told me that he was a dishonst person. I wanted to walk away but i already spent 2 hours in the showroom and it was too much of a hassle to go to another dealership. So I put up the $175. I would not go here. More
