We had originally gone into the dealership in February of 2013 to look for a new Honda Odyssey. After deciding that it wasn't the right time to make the purchase and over the course of the following 18 months, Tim would check in with us to see how we were doing. When my wife and I decided to go forward with the new car, there was no pressure and Tim found us exactly the car that was right for us. We also decided to trade my car in for a new Civic. This would have caused confusion, chaos and delays had we not been dealing with such a professional team. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted with a smile and a "good morning" by a receptionist and asked if I needed any assistance. I told her I was interested in looking at a Honda Ridgeline and she handed me over to Tim McLean. As a comforting experience my arrival at the dealership was, it only got better from there. Tim McLean was like talking/dealing with an old friend. His calm. laid back, relaxed manner mad this car buying experience one of the easiest I have ever had.
