I was in the market for a new hybrid vehicle. After I was in the market for a new hybrid vehicle. After doing some research on the internet, I decided I wanted to test drive the new Honda Hybrid. I c I was in the market for a new hybrid vehicle. After doing some research on the internet, I decided I wanted to test drive the new Honda Hybrid. I contacted a dealership in Nashua NH, but they did not have one in stock to test drive, so I called Boch Honda West and they had one in stock so I made an appointment for later that afternoon. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were promptly greeted and introduced us to Tim Mclean. Tim was friendly and professional and provided an overview of the car and then let us take it out for a drive. Both my wife and I drove the car and we loved it. Now for the fun part, deal negotiation. Tim got his manager involved in the negotiation, and overall the process was reasonable and I feel we arrived at a fair price for both parties. Since we plan to keep the car for a long time, we purchased the extended warranty and ResistAll exterior/interior protection package. Completing all the paperwork to close the deal was straightforward. Boch Honda West did not have the model vehicle on the lot, so Tim had to search around for an EX-L model in the White Orchid Pearl. It only took a couple of days to locate the exact car down in CT. Tim drove down and picked up the car and delivered it back to Boch Honda. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the paperwork and the process dragged on for a few days. Tim worked hard to get all the paperwork issues resolved and the dealership loaned me a car for a couple of days for free...which was much appreciated! Tim was very good to work with and even provided us with his cell phone number and encouraged us to call him anytime with issues/questions etc. Overall, buying a car from Tim and Boch Honda was positive experience that I would recommend to others. First off...beautiful dealership! Very modern, well laid out, easy to get to. Went in about 5pm just to look at a used Honda Fit and was driving it home by 8pm! Of course the car sells itself, but Matt made out, easy to get to. Went in about 5pm just to look at a used Honda Fit and was driving it home by 8pm! I called the service department and they set me up for an appointment for me for the next morning. They were able to quickly find and fixed the issue during my visit. They even had a mechanic ride with me on a test drive before I left to make sure I was happy with the fix. More

I sent over the exact info of the car I wanted and what I was looking for to which they had everything ready for me when I arrived for my scheduled time. Amy was the contact via the internet and like all dealers they then hand you off to a Sales Consultant who has all the info I sent in. That is when Corey came out to assist me, he was again professional, helpful and showed that he not only cared but understood what it was I wanted to be the end result. I felt that he not only listened but was looking out for my best interest too, which these days is rare to find when it comes to sales. The end result was me getting the car I wanted for the price I wanted and the entire process was seamless from the second I stepped in the door until I left with everything said and done. Everyone I came in contact with that day was amazing and gave the impression that I was not only a valued customer but I felt as if I was being treated as the only customer they had, which was clearly not the case since they were busy. My car was ready for pick up sooner then promised and my time spent in the finance office was accurate, short and sweet. The delivery of my car was again perfect and everything was as promised not one surprise in the whole process. As most people will agree that a car buying process is not known for being enjoyable, but I honestly can say this one was and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend purchasing a car or SUV through Paul Brown because he made my daughter's experience in buying a used car, a pleasant and positive one. She also more knowledge on what's involved in buying a used car, GAP insurance etc. Also because the rest of the Boch staff in the offices and showroom were professional, knowledgeble and pleasant.
