I was shopping around on Autotrader.com, and saw a vehicle I wanted. The price was just what I was looking for. I chatted life with Amy and she told me the vehicle was still available. So, I took a dr vehicle I wanted. The price was just what I was looking for. I chatted life with Amy and she told me the vehicle was still available. So, I took a drive down to dealer, was greeted by Amy. Amy, then introduced me to Matthew Breen, I told him I was there to see the vehicle I saw online, and I quoted Matt the online price and he said yes, not a penny less not a penny more. That sealed the deal for me! I was pre-approved before I went there, but found out later that Boch Honda West would match or beat the financing I already had, and they really did. I got an excellent interest rate saving me exactly more than 1%, thanks to Robert...I was extremely happy to have gotten that interest rate, better than my credit union. I was very happy with the customer service that Matthew provided me during the sale, to the point there was an error in the documents, and he came out to my job to facilitate the signing of the paper. For that excellent customer service provided at Boch Honda West, I will be returning for my future car purchases in Westford, MA !!! More

My wife and I can't say enough good words about Kristin Leblanc. No one likes being forced to buy a car quickly, but, when my wife's car developed major engine trouble, that was the case. From the very beginning, she was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the Honda Fit. Kristin worked closely with us throughout the entire purchasing process from the test drive (twice) to helping with the financing so we could get a monthly payment in our price range to obtaining us a good value on our trade-in. She went above and beyond the call of duty when, on our way to the dealer with our trade-in, we broke down just a couple of miles away. Kristin did her best to put the resources of Boch Honda West at our disposal in order to help us get our trade-in to the dealer. She was a positive beacon of light over what was a stressful handful of days. We hope to get a few more years out of my current car, but, when it's time to purchase a new one, we will be returning to Boch Honda West and asking for Kristin. More

I engaged with Karla and Amy in the Internet Sales department at Boch Honda West to get a quote for a new 2014 Honda Accord LX. On 12/27/13, Karla had quoted me via email the price of $20,661, includ department at Boch Honda West to get a quote for a new 2014 Honda Accord LX. On 12/27/13, Karla had quoted me via email the price of $20,661, including all costs with the exception of sales tax. At 9:32 AM on 12/28/13, Amy confirmed the price. We exchanged a couple more emails and at 10:34 AM she replied that I could come in for 11:15 AM to complete the transaction. I drove the 35 minutes to the dealership and was eventually introduced to Peter, the Director of Business Development, to inform me that Amy should not have confirmed that price and that they could not honor it because they would "lose $1000 on the car". Peter indicated that the quote was dependent on a $500 financing coupon from Honda that they ran out of. Karla and Amy had never mentioned this coupon - I was not even planning on financing the car. I was extremely disappointed, frustrated, and angry. This treatement violated a number of the bullets on their "Code of Ethics" and their "Promise to the Customer" that they had posted prominently on the wall at the entrance. I would never purchase from Boch Honda West nor would I recommend the dealership to others. More
