Most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Corey Nickles was great to work with, straight forward, friendly and professional, and no surprises. I've bought a few cars over the years and never looked forward to dealing with salespeople, but I can honestly say this was the best experience I ever had. I found my new car on thier website and once heard from them very quickly once I wanted to schedule a test drive. Tim & the sales crew were very hepfull and informative. Once all the paperwork was done on Thusrday night they registered my CRV & had the car inspected making the pick up on Saturday quick. Everyone asked where I got my new CRV and I told them that Boch Honda West was a great place and told them the sales people were knowageable. Once I had my CRV Tim followed up with an e-mail to say that if I had any other questions or any issues or concerns to contact him and he would help me out. More

Tim was truly amazing. We were a bit rushed having to go on a trip, and he arranged for everything so that when we returned, we would simply have to pick up the car and drive away. We were in the market fo on a trip, and he arranged for everything so that when we returned, we would simply have to pick up the car and drive away. We were in the market for a low-mileage gently-used Civic, and Tim's patience and knowledge brought us to the exact right car for us. He went out of his way to have the body dept. fix a minor dent, no questions asked -- just so long as we were happy. I haven't ever had such a great experience at a dealership, no pressure, just cooperation. And we love the car! Thank you Tim!! More
