When I was in the market for a new lease for myself, I went to Boch Honda West first and stuck with them because I trust them -- and once again they proved worthy of that trust by listening to me, keeping me informed about their search for the car I wanted, and then closing the deal by holding to the agreed upon terms. While I've owned a number of cars over the years, they had always been used cars from private owners and so I'd never worked with a dealer. I had heard all of the popular culture references to "sleazy car dealers" and therefore went into the experience with a good deal of skepticism. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The agent with whom I worked, Lance Fisher, was pleasant and engaging. While he presented me with all of the various options, he never pressured me when I rejected them. He showed a good deal of patience as I arranged for financing, for transportation, and my bringing around a friend to accompany me for a second visit prior to sealing the deal. The dealership itself is new, spacious and clean. The front desk greeter was pleasant and the process of arranging financing was amazingly quick and easy. I would definitely recommend both Lance Fisher, in particular, and Boch Honda West in general. More
