I Contacted the dealership and spoke with Amy regarding the purchase of a 2012 Pilot EXL. Amy was very easy to talk to and I set up an appointment to go test drive the Pilot they had in stock. Whe I got t the purchase of a 2012 Pilot EXL. Amy was very easy to talk to and I set up an appointment to go test drive the Pilot they had in stock. Whe I got there she introduced me to my Sales Consutant Dan. He went over the philosphy of the dealership and demonstrated the features of the Pilot that were important to me. We then went on a thorough test drive that included twisty back roads and highway. When we got back it was time to talk pricing and Dan did a great job of explainingwhat my options were. Bill did the evaluation of my trade and I was offered a fair price for it. After we had come to an agreement I saw Bill again who offered me a menu of options ranging from remote start to extended service plans all at reasonable pricing. Dan then introduced me to Amanda who took care of all the paperwork correctly and quickly. She took to the time to explain each form that I was signing and it's purpose. When it was all done, Dan walked me to my car, thanked me for shopping at the dealership and assured me that he would be there to go over my new Pilot at delivery the following day. Dan met me at the door to the dealership the next day and took me to see my new Pilot first thing! It was perfect! we then sat his desk to go over final paperwork where explained all the features of the Pilot. He then introduced me to the Parts department and the Service department. Then it was time to go over the Pilot and agaiin Dan was very thorough making sure I understood how everything worked! In all my car buy experiences this has been by far the best!Everyione at the dealership took the time to explain what each step entailed and what to expect. I went to Boch West looking for a Used Honda Accord. With multiple Used Accords for Sale, I was greeted at the door by a very friendly receptionist as well as Salesman Jim (Jimmy Dabilis). I explained to Jimmy that I had a couple used Accords in mind that were on the Website and we were quickly in the cars for a test drive. I found Jimmy to be very relaxed, no pressure and looking to answer any questions that I had. Once I drove both used Accords I made up my mind. I sprung for the EX instead of the LX as it had more Options that I wanted and had a Fantastic price. We went inside to the wonderful showroom and got the paper work squared away and before I knew it 1-1.5 I was a new car owner. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with as well as the rest of the Boch West Team. When I got back to house I realized I forgot to ask Jimmy one thing and I called and left a voice mail and sent an email. Within 15 minutes Jimmy responded to my email with the answers to my questions. Thank You Jimmy for the excellent Boch West Experience.
