The car right wheel was pushed back and the right side 1/4 panel was repainted with a flat paint instead of gloss paint. It was damage. Even if Carfax said it wasn't. Because you acknowledge this to me, you should have disclouse this to potential buyer Not only that, you put the car up as as Certified Nissan Car. Why would you do this to another customer? I will make sure to provide all the information to BBB and Nissan itself. Please note: In my possession is the original copy of the Nissan Pre-Owned Inspection checklist.
