Ineffiecient time wasting techs I had to go back a second time for an oil change and rotating my tires because the desk person didnt have a part i needed that i specifically called t I had to go back a second time for an oil change and rotating my tires because the desk person didnt have a part i needed that i specifically called the day before to be sure they had it. It took an hour and a half to change my oil and i had to leave without getting my tires rotated because i had sevice calls I had to go do. If i ran my business this way I'd be out of business. I cant wait until my prepaid service contract is up so i can stop coming here. More
