Update (the above review was written prior to receiving the keys at Spero's request): Upon receiving the keys after finalization of the sale I had noticed that the gas tank was about 1/4 full. After bringing this to Spero's attention he notified me that only vehicles that are purchased new, come with a full tank of gas. Because I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle (financing over $15,000.00 through Nissan, with $2,000.00 down > totaling over $17,000.00), my purchase didn't qualify for a full tank of gas. I have purchased two other used vehicles prior to this transaction through other dealers who ALWAYS handed over the keys with a full tank. The simplicity of this has been standard in my experience across various dealerships. As a customer it can often be the simplest things that enlighten the purchase process, what a shame.... More

I was not pleased with the fact that I had to bring my car in for a worn wheel bearing (due to excessive use at 57,000 miles ???) and worn out leaking shocks. I have NEVER in all of my 7 cars that I have owned in my life had to replace a worn wheel bearing and had leaking shocks EVER. Never mind at 57,000 miles. In fact the only other vehicle that I had to spend any real money on other than basic maintenance, tires and brakes is the Infinity Qx 4 that I owned which is also made by Nissan. I had many EXPENSIVE problems with that car in which case I traded it in for a Toyota. I have owned 3 Toyotas and never had problems with them. They ran beautifully and for a long time. After having a bad experience with Nissan in the past I was reluctant to buy another one. The reason I tried again quite frankly was because I liked the style of the Nissan over the Toyota and here I am once again having to spend $1000 on excessive wear and tear on wheel bearings and leaking shocks. 57,000 miles is not excessive. My mother had a Toyota with almost 300,000 miles on it and never had that issue. She currently has a Camry with 171,000 miles on it and has only had to replace brakes and tires and do oil changes. I am completely disappointed with the integrity of Nissan. I will never purchase another one. As soon as I am able I am going right back to Toyota. As far as the work done on the car, I was completely annoyed and upset that I had to return to the dealership the very next day and sit there for a couple of hours due to the fact that the day before the mechanic tightened a bolt too tight and it broke off and starting clanging and making horrible loud noises. The customer service staff has always been fantastic. Unfortunately I am a bit untrusting of the mechanical work. The visit before this past experience I told the customer service that I had a sound that was coming from the back of my car and the rep said that it might be the tread on the new tires I had recently had put on. I thought that was a stretch but he said they would check it out. He then came back and said I needed brakes. Had rear brakes installed and was told that they were confident that took care of it. It did not. It was still there. Seeing as though they had just checked it I rode with that sound a while longer until it got worse and then brought it in. That problem could have been rectified had it been properly diagnosed the first time. Again, I have nothing bad to say about all of the customer service representatives I have worked with so far. Unfortunately I am not pleased with the mechanical work. More

I received a thorough inspection after my oil change and was notified of things that may need changing without being forced to repair them that day. Overall great experience and I will continue having service done here. More
