Thanks for going online and letting us know how your experience went! Sounds like we have some room for improvement, and I intend to make that happen! I'm not sure what paperwork your missing but if you would like to call me directly you can tell me what's missing and I can assure you I will get all the paperwork that is your's delivered to your home, or you can come pick it up here if that's easier? Also, It is our policy to put about a half tank of fuel for a pre-owned vehicle. If that didn't happen when you took delivery, I can also make sure we give you some more fuel. Again, I do not know the details and particulars of your specific deal but regarding the R.I. registration it does take a while to get vehicles registered but, there is NO excuse for a sales person to not call and keep you informed!
