Quite the experience I went to purchase a BMW 328d from Boch, from Vermont. I didn’t understand the Massachusetts rules about temp plates, until the day before. Driving 4. Driving 4.5 hours there, and not being able to take the car home was a devastating thought. My salesmen, Spero, offered on his day off to drive 2 hours to the closest Vermont DMV to get the car registered. Needless to say, he went 100% above what his job title suggested, and helped me in a way I can’t express. More
