Other dealerships should take lessons from the Boch Toyota South model for selling cars. That is — treat the potential buyer with respect by listening to what the buyer is looking and treating the buyer as an interested participant in the search. AND - to hire compentent sales advisors who know the product., genuinely listen to the buyer to help them find the auto they want and not what the sales advisor is determined to sell to the buyer, Work with the buyer instead of intimidating the buyer with a wild array of useless financial numbers! In my case the sales person I worked with, Ahmed Abdalla. Is the best sales person I have ever worked with in my 60+ years of buying autos. He knows the models, listened to what I was looking for, did not run back and forth to the ”manager” and play financial games to intimidate me. In short - he was great and I will and have recommended friends to him and Boch Toyota South. More
