Shortly after moving to Boston from PA, I got into an accident and needed to find a car asap. Despite that, he agreed to let me drive the car and actually took the time to teach me the basics of a manual car and I can't thank him enough for that. Not to mention, he let me come in the next day to practice driving the car around their parking lot. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Additionally, the morning I was supposed to pickup my car, Pat reached out and let me know the insurance company had listed the incorrect date on the vehicle/title registration form. I contacted Geico and they assured me the issue was fixed so I went to pickup my car later that day under the assumption they actually corrected the date. Like an idiot, I believed my insurance company and went to pick up my car and returned my rental. When I got to the dealership around 4pm to pickup my car, Pat informed me the insurance company had not corrected the issue. I was frustrated to say the least that I was lied too and worse enough, that I was stranded without a car. Pat understood my frustration/anger and sat across from me while I was on the phone with my insurance company for almost 2 hours to have the paperwork resolved and fortunately I was able to get the car. Pat had a dinner that night and Christmas plans with the family but he stayed late and worked to resolve the issue despite that. I can't speak highly enough of Pat and the entire staff at Boch Toyota. They were an absolute pleasure to work! More
