I've writen this review a few times, as there are so many postive things to write, however I will try to condense. First, if you are reading this review, I highly, highly recommend that you consider doing business with Boch Toyota South in North Attleboro, MA. The reasons are many, but here goes with my experience. My father leased a 2013 Toyota Corolla in April of 2013, approximately 3 weeks later he suffered a major stroke, which took away his ability to walk, drive, etc. In hopes of a recovery, I continued to make the monthly payments for his lease. It became apparent in January 2014, things were not improving. At this point, all of his Social Security, savings, etc, was being taken by the State. I tried to explain to the Nursing Home, State, etc. that I was obligated to pay these bills for him. Clearly, they were not concerned. I contacted Toyota's CS Department, and was told nothing could be done. As a last ditch effort I called the dealership in North Attleboro. A salesperson by the name of Ian, who I've never met nor spoken with, seemed to take a genuine interest in my situation. He said to come down to discuss a lease *buyback*. I was impressed after that one call. When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Benjamin Overton. After explaining my situation, Benjamin discussed all the options available, and was genuinely concerned and interested in helping me. It was clear I was not there to purchase a vehicle, however I was treated with extreme respect. Benjamin spent considerable time, going over every possible option with me, however, there was still a difference of approximately $1500 that I could not come up with. Please note the offer I was given for the buyback was very generous although it was not the full amount. I left that night thinking I was stuck. I did not want to ruin my Dad's credit. He has always been very conciencious of his credit. You may say, why worry at that point, well he did. I contacted Toyota again via email 3 weeks later after coming up with no solutions. The next day, on a Sunday, I recieved 4 phone calls from Toyota.. did I mention it was the next day..on a Sunday?? Keep in mind, these people, this dealership, had nothing to gain by helping me, what dealership wants to buy back a leased vehicle and take a loss on it.. not many. John Franco, the General Manager of Boch Toyota South contacted me and stated he was going to buy back the vehicle for the complete amount, and hoped this helped. Shortly after, Rolando called me, stating the same thing. I was shocked. On Monday, Rolando and I made arrangements for me to return the vehicle the next day, Tuesday, Feb 11th. On Tuesday, I recieved a phone call from Benjamin Overton. He left me a message and stated how happy he was that they could do this for me, he hoped it relieved some of the stress I was going through, and was ecstatic they could take the vehicle off my hands with no ill effect on my Dads credit. I'm serious when I say Benjamin sounded happier than I can explain in words. The problem I had was getting a ride back home from the dealership, once again, Benjamin came through, told me not to worry and that he would have someone drive me home. Again, please remember this dealership, salespeople, and sales manager have nothing to gain from this, I was floored. I arrived at the dealership late, due to cleaning out the car, etc. Benjamin made a very difficult situation extremely stress free, I lost count of all the times he said *Don't worry about anything*. It came time to leave, since it was so late, Benjamin gave me a ride home to the other salespeople could go home. He even took the time to warm up his car as it was very cold. Keep in mind Benjamin, Mr. Overton, does not live close to where I needed to go, it was in the opposite direction. I could go on and on about how helpful, kind, and genuine Benjamin was. It was a pleasure meeting him, and all the others I named. Benjamin went well above and beyond any expectations I had about this situation. Frankly, I'm still in shock. And regarding Mr. John Franco, General Manager of Boch Toyota South, making the decision to buy back this vehicle in full, is just amazing, and I'm beyond grateful. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know, and when it is time to purchase a new vehicle, I know I will be going to this dealership. I hope Toyota realizes what great employees Benjamin Overton, John Franco, and the others I stated above. Thank you again to all of you!!! More

Therefore, if I can save thousands of dollars by traveling over the Rhode Island Border to get a better deal, it makes perfect sense. I go to KBB.COM to get an internet quote prior to purchasing. Boch Toyota gave us the Best Quote out of All the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Dealers. I had a question about my dad's recent car purchase several months after the sale and Benjamin Overton, Sales Manager gave me such a positive response that I assured him I will be buying my future cars from Boch Toyota, and I will be telling my friends and family of the high level of Professionalism even after the sale is over. Many car dealerships give you Smoke and Mirrors with deceitful advertising or even Bogus Price Quotes to get you in the door and then con you into buying a car at an inflated price. If you see an advertisement or receive a price quote from Boch Toyota, you can be Guaranteed Boch will stand behind the quote and not have a teaser price as a form of Bait and Switch. We live 3 hours away, We were interested in a used 2010 Sienna, I am Disabled and Have Difficulties Sitting for any periods of time. They worked with us by Holding the Van till we could arrive that day & Had the van up on a lift for our inspection, They then placed the car in a heated garage for us to look the rest of the van over, We (Wife & I) Took the van for a nice test drive, After which we were allowed to think & chat, about the vehicle and any concerns, All of which was amazingly easy, & Non Pressured !! Very Important, Our Salesman went way above & beyond, to make us comfortable & allow us to move at our own pace.. Once we decided to buy, He introduced us to the Finance Manager, Whom also went above & beyond, and help us through choosing financing and any other options, working with us on pricing & rates & ETC.. These two stayed over 2 hours after closing to help us through everything... We would Do It Again, & Recommend This Dealership to all !!! Thank You Boch & Family !!!! More

I had been looking around for a Toyota Tacoma and had been to other dealers who gave their spiel of they offer the best price and the best trade offer. The price was in my range, but they would also try to get me to look at more expensive trucks than what I was interested in. The Trade price however they did not come close to the price I was looking to get. Then I went to Boch Toyota South and spoke with Salesman, David Quaglia and was extremely impressed how he helped us find what I was looking for, he understood what I wanted and showed me just that, he didn't try to push something else (more expensive) on me. He was honest on how they go about giving the offer for my trade, which came in MUCH higher then the other places and what I was looking for. He explained everything about the truck to me, he stood by to be sure there was no problem with financing and even picked the car up from me to go to the registry and get it registered and inspected. He made sure the car was detailed and had a full tank of gas, he followed up with the service department to be sure the alarm and remote starter was installed for me. He also followed up with me a few days later to see how I was liking my new truck. I would definitely buy a car from Boch and David Quaglia again. More
Buying a car is never an experience that I really look forward to. I absolutely love looking at all of the different cars, each with their own style and settings to offer. But I hate the cloud of sales people just waiting for you to pull up into the parking lot, ready to pounce on you the second you open your car door to sell you anything they can. My experience at Boch Toyota South was very different from my typical car buying experience. My father and I got to the car lot later on in the day during the week and had time to look around the lot a little bit before being approached by Keith. He was a very kind, professional gentleman that was first interested in my wants and needs for my next car. Keith and I sat down and talked car models, features, colors, prices, everything, before we figured out what cars I was going to test drive. After we figured out everything the first car that Keith picked out for me to test drive ended up being the car that I bought. Keith was informative without being pushy, he didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want but made sure that I had everything that I did! The best car buying experience ever! I will recommend everyone that I know to Boch Toyota South, and would insist that they work with no one other then Keith! More
Edy was friendly, extremely professional, and respectful from the moment we entered the dealership. He listened very carefully to our needs and criteria for a new vehicle. He and Savanh made sure we got the car we truly wanted at a price we were very satisfied with. (It was a great deal!) When it was time to pick up the car, Edy spent time with us to ensure we understood the details of operating our new Prius Plug-in. He had us practice "plugging in." He sat in the back of the car and guided us through setting up the Blue Tooth and the navigation system and understanding the dashboard displays as well as all the safety and amenity features of the car. The entire team at Boch Toyota South continues to follow up with us to ensure that we are satisfied with our purchase and have answers to any questions about the car. I have had a week of pure enjoyment driving my new car and have already shared my purchase experience with many friends and acquaintances. It is a pleasure to recommend Edy and his team to everyone I know and to anyone who reads this. More

The price we were quoted was interesting enough for us to set up a meeting to look at Camrys the next day. We were very impressed with the appearance of the showroom. And we were greeted immediately by several people. They explained that it was the first day that the new location was open. We were introduced to Rene Lapaz who was to be the salesman we would deal with. Rene was very friendly and helpful, but above all very knowledgeable about his cars! He found the car number that we had received with the quote and we took it for a test drive. The car gives a wonderful ride! It is a 2014 Camry SE in a gorgeous "cosmic gray" which looks kind of blue/black in sunlight. With very little haggling Rene and his sales manager Savanh, were able to give us the price we wanted with the options we wanted as well. I have been driving a 2006 toyota camry for 7 years now and the service record of that car is simply amazing. I will be passing that car down to my daughter, as I want her in a reliable car. Now I have my dream car. Sporty and practical all in one! Thank you Rene and Savanh and Boch Toyota South for the best car buying experience we have ever had! More
I purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius from Boch Toyota South at the end of September 2013. I was very happy with my salesperson, Ian Swenson who was very knowledgeable and help educate me on the Prius.
