He walked us through the entire process and was incredibly helpful, always available for questions and very patient with us. So needless to say when the lease was up and we were looking to trade it in for the new Prius C we contacted Jim again. That man moved mountains to get me a red Prius C that was not even on the ground in the U.S. yet in less than 2 weeks!!! Amazing experience, AMAZING salesman! I first contacted Boch Toyota South about my interest in trading in my Saturn Ion 2007 for a Scion TC. They urged me to come in for an appointment that same day. Ryan took me for a walk through the lot to see if anything stood out to me. I came across a 2012 black cherry Scion TC that I immediately fell in love with. Ryan was very helpful and showed extensive interest in my satisfaction with the car as well as the service. Upon discussing numbers and financing options, the Scion did not seem like a reality anymore. The monthly payments were far out of my budget, but Ryan assured me that he would do whatever he could to keep me happy. He spoke with the Manager, Faiyz, about the situation, and Faiyz went above and beyond to accommodate both my feelings and the payments to fit my budget. After going back and forth in my decision for about a week, I came to a decision and finally got the car I wanted! Ryan Porter and Faiyz could not have been more helpful and friendly! They were not only realistic with me, but I did not feel pressured to make any decision sooner than I had planned. They worked with me and helped me through every single step of the process. I am writing here to convey my experience to others so that they may be able to better choose a sales representative when searching for a new car. Having price checked multiple dealerships, spoken to sev that they may be able to better choose a sales representative when searching for a new car. Having price checked multiple dealerships, spoken to several salesmen, and sometimes waiting hours on end in a variety of locations to get simple questions answered I was pleased I found a solid salesman in Ian. Quick to greet, he was very courtious, specific, and competitive. The first thing he did was offer me a bottle of water or coffee. As I had been shopping around prior to visiting Boch Toyota South, Ian patiently listened to all my concerns and met them with cometitive offers. The only roadblock to efficiency was me, as I had to make tons of phone calls to my wife to plead for her approval! Ian offered me the highest value for my trade-in and beat every other dealer's price on the car I was looking to purchase. Because of this, I got a great car at a great price. I would recommend that anyone in the market for a Toyota see Ian, they won't regret it. More
