People who don't know any better are getting screwed by this service department. They're not honest and dont even bother trying to get warranty repair work done there. Even if your Toyota is covered under warranty they will say its something else so they dont have to fix it for free. Then they'll charge you $150 diagnosis if you dont pay their outrageous prices for the repair. They will waste your time and money on repairs and parts that your car doesnt need. I replaced a few parts that were never needed and after 3 visits they finally replaced my catalytic converter that was bad under warrranty and finally free of charge that they should have done the first time. That's after I dumped money on other replacement parts for nothing. Never again Im going there for service on my Toyota. Go to Fox Toyota or colonial. They'll treat you better, they wont waste your time and they'll get things done right. Everything is a hassle at Boch Toyota service and everything takes forever. When it comes to buying cars from Boch their sales associates are great and they will give you good prices but stay away from their service department and the young lady Bonnie that works at the service counter. She's a scammer. More

I found Lynn a great sales person. She was very pleasant and worked hard for the sale. I was not thrilled with general sales manager's attitude and almost walked away from the sale. For the last 14 years, I have owned & operated a Mitsubishi Galant. The car served me well until recently. I did not want a car payment and the mere "process" of buying a car was very stressful for me. A Sunday advertisement caught my eye and I went to Boch Toyota South and there was where I met "Wonder Woman". The Customer Service rep @ Boch intorduced me to Lynn Buchanan and she said that Lynn would be my sales agent. Lucky for me!! Lynn told me that she was relatively new to the job, but her product knowledge and command of procedure was very impressive to me. Lynn was vivacious, kind, a good listener and most of all was very concerned about me as a customer. She tried to do as much for me as she could and eventually we struck a deal, one that I was comfortable with. From the time I met Lynn until the time I drove off the lot, I felt comfortable with a process that I had dreaded for years! Lynn was by my side during all facets of the buying process, up until and including taking my number plates from my old car and putting them on my new Toyota Corolla!!!Boch Toyota South is very fortunate to have Lynn Buchanan on their team. I honestly feel that I have makde a friend in Lynn and that she will continue to assist me should the occasion arise.
