James Roane worked with me and I am so glad he was willing to take a lot of time to help me through the process of buying an excellent vehicle at a great price! Jim asked me point blank what I was looking for not just in terms of a car or a price but exactly what I expected out of the visit. He then candidly explained what was possible and what was not likely to happen knowing full well that I did not to waste his time and I did not want him to waste mine. I then explained the situation and Jim got to work. My problem had to do with an impulse purchase made at another Toyota dealership closer to my home. I will not go into details about the other dealership; however I will say not all Toyota dealerships are created equally. What I mean to say is that my visit to Boch was quite a bit longer then my visit to the above mentioned dealer. And, I found out the reason is; the people at Boch like Jim take the time to explain not only the quality you are getting in the vehicle but also go out of their way to make sure you are being treated fairly and ethically. Several times I balked at the monthly payments however; Jim reminded me that I was currently financed at a rate of 6.95% in a car with 40,000 miles on it as opposed to getting into a car with 19 miles on it at 0%. I am a financial planner and took a look at the fact that the last Toyota I purchased lasted 11 years and ended up with 199,000 miles before I needed a new one. Basically, Jim made the math easy and I know that over the course of the years I am the one making out on this deal! The bottom line is; I went in thinking that correcting the bad purchase I made previously at the “other” Toyota dealership could not be rectified. I almost did not come in but after speaking to Jamey McIntyre I decided to give it a shot even though she did not make any grand promises she made me feel like it was at least worth coming in and she was correct! I just want to say thanks to all and especially to Jim for taking the time. I slept like a rock last night with my car problems off my mind. By the way, I know car dealers have the bad reputation of stretching the truth but I was happy to find out that was quite the opposite with Jim. The only thing I had a hard time accepting was when he said he shot a 78 at Stone E Lea. Thanks again for this great car buying experience. Martin Connell Johnson & Wales University More
Bait & Switch........Called late Thursday evening for a particular vehicle & Boch stated they had the exact vehicle on their lot. First thing Monday morning visited Boch to test drive vehicle. What a buch of crap !!!! Boch had over 30 new Tacoma's on their lot, the one I wanted was manual transmission. Can anyone believe that Boch sold this truck with-in a 48 hr period including financing, dealer prep etc ???? More
Customer service was outstanding. Staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. They answered every question and gave me the necessary information to make a decision. I enjoyed working w/Jamie. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He did not try to convenience me to purchase a vehicle I did not want. He knew how to treat a customer. Although there were some issues with my purchase, such as length of time at the dealership, and a miscommunication about the transfer of license plates, management was more than willing to make up for my sli length of time at the dealership, and a miscommunication about the transfer of license plates, management was more than willing to make up for my slight dissatisfaction. I received a phone call within a few days of my purchase, and plans were made to resolve the issues. Within another few days, all my issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I will certainly consider returning for future vehicle purchases and would recommend the dealership to family or friends. More

On our second visit we were introduced to a very polite and informative salesperson named Francis. The entire sales process was enjoyable until we met the sales manager. (The General Manager and the present Sales Manager informed me that he will no longer be employed at BOCH). I give them credit for releasing him. He would not return calls and was extremely rude to me. Rob in the Business office was also very professional and did not apply pressure in regards to extras. When I went to collect my new vehicle, it had not been prepped. At this time my sales person took it upon himself to attempt to wash the vehicle himself. This was above and beyond. The Manager Fayiz Zureikat immediately answered my complaints as soon as he entered the picture. I brought the vehicle in for detailing and was compensated for the inconvenience. Everyone makes mistakes. Much to their credit Francis and Fayiz went out of their way to correct the mistakes that had been made by a now released employee. More
The WORST (I can't write that word large enough) car-buying experience in 40 years of doing this. We made a down payment on a car to be delivered "within the week." A week later no car, no salesman (Jim, who quit the same day he sold us a car), but they did bank the down payment promptly. I called 8 days after the down payment and nobody knows what's going on. John takes over, promises delivery of the car within 48 hours. John quits the next day. I call 48 hours later, Fayiz comes in to clean things up. Promises the world, delivers New Jersey. These guys are very "friendly" -- they'll promise you anything. Meanwhile, 14 days after we made the down payment on a new car, we're told "It will be ready in 3 days." They did take delivery of the car and are now installing additional equipment we had ordered. We were told when we made the down payment that the additional equipment had been ordered and would be in within 48 hours. 14 days later we discover no equipment had been ordered and none was in stock. We also discovered that several forms we should have been given initially had not been provided, so we've taken care of that. Last night we were promised a call this morning to give us an update on the equipment order and installation. It's 1:10 p.m. No call; nor do I expect one. I can call, but I know they'll say anything to get me on the line. Instead I'll make yet another trip down there and stay until I get visual proof that what I'm being told is true. We would not have gotten this far had I not gone down to the dealer last night and refused to leave until I had written confirmation that everything that could be done to that point had been done and had written documentation on it. We were there nearly three hours. They kept making assurances that things were in order, and we kept discovering new items that had been overlooked or left undone. We like the car, HATE the dealer. We can only hope -- without any foundation for doing so and in spite of all evidence presented to this point -- that the service side of the business will be better. More

We felt that the dealership was very customer friendly, service oriented, and most importantly transparent and honest. We had not planned on financing through Toyota but decided to after dealing with the finance manager Charles Ronga. Mr. Ronga was professional and helpful and presented us with financing terms that were comparable to what we were expecting to get elsewhere, but simplified the process allowing us to be able to drive away in our new truck that day. This was very helpful considering we live 50 minutes away from the dealership. Our only complaint about the process was to do with the communication between the online sales team from the dealership, which we had created the P&S with, and the actual floor sales team. The actual dealership did not seem to have any record of our appointment, and therefor was not expecting us when we arrived. This added some confusion and time to the process. The experience as a whole was excellent and we never felt pressured at any point in the sale. Our thanks to Benjamin Overton, Charles Tonga, and all of the friendly and courteous staff at Boch Toyota South. We would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
