I PURCHASED A NEW 2010 tOYOTA TACOMA 4X4 AT BOCH Toyota South APPROXIMATELY 30 DAYS AGO. I CONSIDER MYSELF A SMART AUTO BUYER AND WAS LOOKING FOR A GOOD DEAL. I WAS TRADING IN A 2006 TOYOTA TACOMA. I FIRST MET WITH FRANCES WHO SHOWED ME A VEHICLE THAT I LIKED. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. WE WERE NOT ABLE TO AGREE ON A PRICE AT THAT TIME. I RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT A DAY LATER FROM THEIR SALES TEAM. WE DISCUSSED WHAT I WAS LOOKING TO BUY THE VEHICLE FOR AND WHAT THEY WANTED FOR THE VEHICLE. THIS MADE IT INTERESTING ENOUGH TO STOP IN THE NEXT DAY. IT WORKED OUT TO BE A SATISFACTORY NUMBER. I PURCHASED IT AND TOOK IT HOME ABOUT TWO HOURS LATER. I BROUGHT IT BACK FOR A STICKER. WHEN I GOT HOME I NOTICED A TINY DENT ON THE PASSENGER DOOR. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE DEALER AND MET FAYIZ ZUREIKAT, THE SALES MANAGER. I HEARD HIM TELL SOMEONE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. THERE WAS NO WAY TO TELL WHETHER THE DAMAGE WAS DONE BY ME OR THE DEALERSHIP. FAYIZ ASSURED ME THEY WOULD MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR ME. THIS PROBLEM WAS WORKED OUT 100% TO MY SATISFACTION. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DEALERSHIP THAT WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO SELL YOU A VEHICLE AT THE LOWEST POSSIBLE PRICE THEN BOCH TOYOTA SOUTH IS THAT DEALERSHIP. My mother who had bought a new Camary a year ago and has not had any problems with it so far was impressed with Bochs costomur service, especially Rob Rockwell. Having visited numerous dealerships earlier in the day looking for a "cool" car for me a college student, and dealing with other car salesman who couldnt give you a straight answer my mom had had enough and wanted to go see Rob someone she knew she could trust. When we got there we asked to speak to Rob and he met us outside very quickly. He was very helpful in knowing everything to do with every car, but above that he made a comfortable atmosphere were there was no rush or no pressure to buy right away (which was different from all the other salesman earlier in the day), he wanted you to be happy and understand everything. We finnaly settled on a new 2010 Camary Sport, which I really like. With my experience and my family's experience we would deffinetly say that Boch Toyota South is the place to go if your looking for a new or used car, and if you want to have an even better experience ask for Rob Rockwell and he will make the experince of buying a car a fun for all by answering all of your questions in a very personable way. After talking to Aaron for a while that night I walked out the proud owner of a '08 Toyota Tundra. I dealt with Arthur Couette who is the Finance Manager. He was also very helpful in explaining everything to me. The paperwork could have been a little overwhelming, but he took the time to make sure I understood everything that I needed to. I got a very fair deal and very friendly service. I would definitely recommend Boch Toyota South to anyone who is looking for salespeople who will take the time to work with you and make sure that you get treatment that you deserve. More

First and foremost, I would like to say that if Mr. Benjamin Overton can make my father happy he can make any potential customer very happy. He found the car I was looking for at a great price, answered all my questions, and made sure I was aware of any other promotions or servies available. My father is very hard to please when it comes to high ticket items and he was very impressed, as was I, with the quality of service we received as well as his great attitude and knowledge of his product. I originally dealt with the sales manager and then was introduced to Lou Nanni who handled the transaction. It took us a few hours to come to a decision, but when we left in the new car, we were more than satisfied with the way all had taken place. We were a bit overwhelmed that all was done in that time, since we initially had intentions of just "shopping around". Mr Overton gave us clear distinct ansewrs to all our queries and constantly reminded us that we could call on him at any time with a question, and that he was as much an investment in us as we were with our purchase. We were catered to and he made sure we were comfortable, physically and mentally. He reaassured us that he and the company would handle all the work.....all we had to do was notify our insurance at the earliest time possible. We couldn't have had a better experience elsewhere and are very greatly satisfied that we will be secure for as long as we own our new car.
