On my previous visit to Boch Toyota South, I spent over $2,000 on service. Recently Toyota sent me a card saying I needed to have recall work done. All my service rep could say was “I know. I know.” And when he asked the manager to throw me a bone, maybe a coupon for an oil change, the answer was “no.” I will not return to Boch Toyota. More

I have always hated how dealerships operate so have avoided them for many years. Dealing with Boch Toyota had reaffirmed my hatred for typical dealership operating procedures. They will not negotiate on price until after being told you are leaving and halfway out to your car. I only purchased from them because they had the particular 2011 toyota rav4 v6 limited i had been searching for. Four of the tires needed replacing but only 2 were replaced with a generic brand i never heard of. I told them that according to the owners manual all awd vehicles need to have 4 tires of the same make and tread pattern. This did not concern them. My mother had purchased a 2019 prius prime from them and after signing all paperwork and halfway home with her new car, was called to say they made a mistake and needed $3000 more from her. Being in her late 70's she is not as sharp as in her past so she actually drove back to pay the additional money that was Their mistake. I will Never purchase from ANY Toyota dealership Ever again nor will I ever allow anyone I know to be subjected to their terrible handling of customers. More

Made process difficult because I did not finance through them. Very vague when things would be done - didn’t not give me straight answers.
