I purchased a car there and my Man Mouhamadou Kanji was amazing and recommended the service department. It’s likely I’ll be bringing all my vehicles here. The price is a little high compared to the Toyota dealer that services my car since new plus there are not many or great service specials/coupons compared to my regular Toyota dealer and many dealers within decent proximity. I think I should get the $20 gift card after oil change that all Toyota dealers are giving... am waiting. I shall return. Nicholas Cifelli was nice and helpful. More

Service Center First I will just want to add you did did fix the issue I went in for, and the service rep that assisted me Mark Heston was very friendly, but what I First I will just want to add you did did fix the issue I went in for, and the service rep that assisted me Mark Heston was very friendly, but what I do not seem to understand is after replacing the Wheel bearing you guys messed up my alignment, WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY YOU GUYS $140 TO FIX SOMETHING YOU GUYS RUINED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! My alignment was good & you would think it’s common sense that if you messed up an alignment because of work that you’re doing you would return the vehicle back to the correct alignment it came in with. More

Just ok Went in for 90k service. Oil and filter, tire rotate and inspection sticker. Waited 2 hours!!!!! Told me I failed inspection because seat belt won’t Went in for 90k service. Oil and filter, tire rotate and inspection sticker. Waited 2 hours!!!!! Told me I failed inspection because seat belt won’t buckle. I have to come back and get charge for diagnosing a seat belt and then god knows how much to disassemble. Might need new buckle blah blah blah. Well I went home and with my compressor blew some air into the buckle to clean it and it buckled fine. Really? Your service guys couldn’t give that a shot? I’m disappointed I now have to go back to get my sticker but at least I won’t get stuck with a 300 dollar bill for a stupid seat buckle, and a rear middle one at that. I mean really 3 people in the back of a Prius. That’s funny More
