We actually left but returned two days later and spoke with Manny (Ahmed's day off) who was also very helpful and showed us two other Rav4s. It was so nice to get the help of these two friendly sales associates that put the customer's needs first. The prices were very competitive compare to other dealerships. They had exactly what I was looking for. I have recommended this dealership to my family & friends. They made sure the Rav4 was ready for pickup with a full tank of gas and perfectly detailed. More

Salesperson had to fill out several forms by hand and there was way too much back and forth with manager to get final deal. Deal was much higher than expected and total time spent on sale was over 5 hours. When I picked up vehicle 2 days later had to wait over 2 1/2 hours for vehicle to be ready and they did not complete inspection before I left. They told me to have inspection done in 7 days and they would reimburse me. Overall a very bad experience and left me wondering if I should ever buy from them again. In 2017 my purchase went much more smoothly and was a much better deal. What happened?? More
