It was good but.. So there was a mix up with my Vin number. I have a Toyota Venza and I dropped my vehicle off in the morning without scheduling an appointment. I do not remember the gentleman’s name who helped me; but he was nice. I told him to take his time and he called me back and informed me about a bulb that was out. I had Toyota replace that. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, there was a mix up with some paperwork. It was concerning because I wasn’t sure where I went wrong with leaving my information. Apparently the VIN of a Toyota Camry matched my VIN and was off by 1 letter. Rare case, but still, attention to detail was lacking in this area. Something to consider if Toyota is requesting reviews. More

It had a couple of minor recalls that needed to be taken care of along with an overdue service and detailing. When they were finished and brought the car back to me, I just could not believe my eyes! Not only did it look like a brand new car, but my service client advisor, Steve Kailher, spent so much time with me explaining all that was done inside the car and the “how to’s”. I never felt rushed and I felt like I have not only made a friend in Steve at Boch Toyota South, but it makes me want to come back HERE, for the incredible and honest service that I received! Car not ready Was told to pick up car on Monday. Agreement on the time was 6:00 pm. Received a voice text about 4:00 pm saying the car was ready if I wanted to come Was told to pick up car on Monday. Agreement on the time was 6:00 pm. Received a voice text about 4:00 pm saying the car was ready if I wanted to come early. Showed up at 5:45 pm. Waited over an hour to be told that they needed to get the title across the street. It would be about an half hour. Came back with title to sign. Was then told to come back Wednesday morning for a VIN check. Mind you that they said the car was ready. I explained to them that I could only be there at 6:00 pm to pick up the car because of my work schedule. Knowing this I told them I wouldn’t be able to make it on Wednesday. Had to leave the car there until Wednesday at 6:00 pm. My wife dropped me off that day. Had to call her back to come pick me up. Thinking the car was ready she dropped me off. Called on Wednesday before leaving to see if the car was ready. No one could help me but the salesman, in which he was not answering his phone. No help from anybody. So please in the future, inform people the correct status of there purchase. And if somebody calls you should have someone to help except the salesperson. Thank You I hope this helps. More
