Had a great experience MK was a great salesman he was knowledgeable , attentive and very personable . The only thing that I feel needed improvement is the receptionist at the front desk . Excellent Customer Service When we originally arrived to sign paperwork, but the sales representative who we had talked to earlier wasn’t available that day. We were then greeted by Tommy Rizzitano and he did excellent work to continue the deal. In financing, Clayton Zac made sure that we got exactly what we came for, and took great care of the sale. More

My experience with using the online appointment maker is poor, no response. The buying experience on the other hand, is a nightmare. I experienced deceit, trickery, and outright lies. This is nothing unique to your dealership, it’s the whole US market, so that is not really what bothered me. What truly annoys me beyond belief is waiting while your dealer, who won’t give back my keys to my trade-in, goes back and forth to the business manager because that is either: 1, because he isn’t empowered to actually make a deal, or 2, he’s trying to make it look like he’s fighting for a good deal. Or both. I witnessed a dealer go and b.s. with the manager and then claim he was making a deal. This again is an industry wide practice that truly pisses me off. I like Toyotas, excellent value for most of their models and I will likely drive them til I die. I only ask, next time, I sit down with a dealer, one with authority to give me the best deal possible, pick out a vehicle and buy it. No waiting for the back and forth business. it should take 30-40 minutes, not the four hours it took last time. It was insulting the way I was treated, and at the time I was too furious to submit a feedback. I could say, in general your guys are relatively professional, could be a bit more informed about the vehicles and deals. But another thing bothered me, and that was ethnic sexist jokes when they thought nobody else was in ear shot. I have a saying; nothing is too cruel if it’s funny enough. But such jokes are not funny, and soil the xxxx out of a professional environment. In summary, outstanding service department, friendly and efficient! Clean up the act on selling cars, if you need help understanding what it’s like to buy one (as a civilian off the street), I’ll be happy to come explain it. Best wishes for your continued success.
