Unexpected checkup Everyone is professional and has the goal of providing the best service in the minimum amount of time and inconvenience for the customer. My warning l Everyone is professional and has the goal of providing the best service in the minimum amount of time and inconvenience for the customer. My warning lights for check engine and AWD came on unexpectedly. I was able to get an emergency appointment the day I called even though it was a busy July 4th weekend since I needed service quickly since my vehicle was not safe to drive. My service advisor was able to provide me with a rental immediately since I needed transportation quickly for a family member to arrive on time for a new job. My service advisor called me twice to notify me of progress diagnosing the problem and later in the day updating me on the solution for the repair. My vehicle was repaired at a reasonable price and ready to be picked up later that evening. I was pleased the service dept worked as quickly as possible so I could feel safe again in my vehicle. I was very happy that the person setting appointments was able to squeeze my car into the schedule. Everyone did their job with the goal of getting me back safely back on the road as we quickly as possible. More

This single experience was different. I was just getting four tires replaced and needed it done on a Sunday (town fair was closed). The process was straight forward and they didn't pressure me or try to upsell. When all was said and done, I paid $20 more than I would have paid at town fair and feel the quality of work was likely better... Will visit again to see if it was a fluke.... More
