Stopped in, unannounced..... Mo made it happen. Walked in unannounced, totally from out of the blue, met with Mo... and the rest is history.... I'm now driving a 2019 Tundra... my 4th Tundra... my 6 Walked in unannounced, totally from out of the blue, met with Mo... and the rest is history.... I'm now driving a 2019 Tundra... my 4th Tundra... my 6th Toyota... (a Tacoma and a Highlander were interspersed amongst the Tundras.) Additionally I'd met with Ed, Susan and Clayton... but wanted to also mention that over my 12 year history in Toyotas... I wanted to salute the entire service team, from the Reps that met me when I brought my vehicles in for service.... to the most incredible team of Service Professionals working in the Service Bays, tending to the myriad of service requirements they encounter daily... (Note: There was a time when I built Drag Race Cars and Street Rods... just to say that from my perspective, I possess a rather unique understanding of Vehicular Maintenance & Service.... and to further qualify my aforementioned statement of "incredible"....) again....I salute the Service Team!! More

About as good as it gets Boch & Mike Bettencourt were great to work with. Friendly, informative, and very helpful. They absolutely put the customer first. Taking your car Boch & Mike Bettencourt were great to work with. Friendly, informative, and very helpful. They absolutely put the customer first. Taking your car to a dealer is not the cheapest place to have it serviced, but if you value your time and peace of mind, the amenities are worth it. They have a separate waiting room where you can work comfortably at your computer. Their courtesy shuttle makes it easy to drop-off and pick-up your vehicle. Chances are they'll have the right parts to complete the work quickly. Having the right service at the right time can save you money in the long run. More
Average, could have been made better. I only scheduled my appt because of the phone call I received from the service center. The woman asked if I still needed two replace my two air filter I only scheduled my appt because of the phone call I received from the service center. The woman asked if I still needed two replace my two air filters and have tires rotated. I told her yes and asked her if they were still offering the 15% off the filters, which I received in an email. She stayed yes and after some time on hold while she completed her calculations, she told me it would be around $70 for everything. I said ok that is fine and made appt. When I arrived a few days later, I was told the cost would be over $100. I told this girl that is not what I was told by her coworker. She re-ran her numbers and repeated the same over $100 cost and said that is with installation. I told her forget it, and I would put the filters in myself. She then completed the transaction. She was pleasant, but a great customer service agent would have said I'm sorry you were given misinformation, we'll install them for free. Unfortunately this didn't happen. Then I waited almost an hour and a half for a tire rotation and state inspection sticker. Not my most pleasant experience with this service center. More

I sent an email to Mike Bettencourt and he advised service ASAP. I brought the car in Tuesday PM for a Wednesday AM appt. and Mike suggested I watch TV for a few minurtes because he was going to try and get it addressed ASAP. Sure enough, Boch staff fixed my car for lower than the estimate and I was on my way, no need for my wife to bring me back another day tp get it. More

Mike told me that one of the tires had real low pressure and that he would have it checked for punctures etc. Sure enough there were two construction size staples stuck in the tire for who knows how long.Apparently it could not be plugged or patched. Mike took care of me in a professional manner as I would expect. The only thing I did not like was leaving $ 172.00 lighter in the wallet... More
