There has been several instances where new visits to your Norwood location has to be made. From the onset the passengers side seat was not bolted. Then on another date the weather strip on the drivers side w Norwood location has to be made. From the onset the passengers side seat was not bolted. Then on another date the weather strip on the drivers side was not stationary. On a separate occasion the center console vent was broken. Lastly the passengers seat as well as the drivers seat do not recline back. Over all this has been an aweful experieince. When a customer spends 38k and has All these individual issues something is TRULY Wrong. More

Normally people say that dealership services will try to get you to spend extra money for unnecessary things. But when I went in for what I thought was going to be an oil change and tire rotation, Matt save get you to spend extra money for unnecessary things. But when I went in for what I thought was going to be an oil change and tire rotation, Matt saved me from spending the extra cash on the oil change and said that I wasn’t due for another 6,000 miles! Instead, he rotated my tires AND was able to fix up a part that was recalled on my car. I’d say it was a very successful first service appointment with my car.
