Cost of the work was not entirely clear. I was told one price over the phone then received a bill for a higher amount. It turned out to be a misunderstanding and the customer service team then contacted m price over the phone then received a bill for a higher amount. Is anyone working I tried calling Boch Toyota today and it took me 4 calls to finally have someone answer the phone. They are advertising their service all over TV but when it comes time to schedule an appointment, no one seems to care. Did every one get furloughed? More
