Service advisor was rude while questions about possible repairs were being asked. Left me alone talking to myself in front of cashier and walked away. Ask the cashier girl for proof. Have not heard back from Yves About getting the struts replaced on my Sienna. I assume that the paperwork was submitted. but now I’m not too sure.
