VW Gallery quickly and efficiently scheduled the ordering of the part and lined me up with a loaner which was much appreciated. While they had to order another part as well, it only delayed the completion of the work by 1 day. Since I had a nice loaner car to use, it wasn't a big deal. I hope this is the last time I have this issue. More

Didn't do the work I arrived and was told that they couldn't perform the work because my gas tank was full. I was told that I have been sent a letter. In 3 emails, a letter and a text, it didn't say anywhere that I needed to come with a mostly empty tank. I wasted an hour waiting for the service department to come back to confirm that they could not perform the job. They did check to see if my radio had a code and also vacuumed my car but I would have preferred to have gone on my way without those tasks completed. More
Difficult and Frustrating I've leased 2 Volkswagen's from this location and have absolutely loved the cars. They are extremely reliable but the same can't be said for some of the employees there. Ive negotiated with the sales team a total of 3 times since 2013 and have had frustrating experiences 2 of the 3 times. When I turned in my Passat for a new Jetta in 2016, the last 2 lease payments were factored into the new lease but went unpaid for 2 months. I received letters in the mail from VW Credit stating that I was missing my payments and was at risk for repossession. I didn't even have the car anymore, so I called to get it sorted out and was told it would be taken care of. A month later I received another letter from VW Credit, at this point I drove to VW Gallery to ask the GM about it. I had to drive up there two times before the account closed but the damage was already done. It was already reported to the credit bureau and became a delinquent account. Pretty frustrating for someone who has never missed a payment on any account to have to take the hit on something I was already paying for. Anyway, the lease was ending on my 2016 Jetta and I planned to buy it. VW Gallery called in December 2018 to have me come in and discuss options. I went in and we ultimately decided buying my Jetta was the best option for what I was looking for (a manual transmission). With minimal negotiation, we settled on adding the certification package to warranty it for 2 years. Because it was before the New Year, it was mentioned that the offer would be off the table if we waited until after 2018. I was then told I would be leaving the car at VW gallery to be certified and that they would set up a rental car for me. No problems here except they weren't very transparent about who was paying for the rental. My car was at VW for over a week and I stopped there 4 days in to get something out of the trunk to see it still in the exact same spot I left it. When it was ready the following Monday, I received a phone call saying the car was ready but they forgot to add the cost of the rental and the certification to the overall cost of my loan. I was immediately furious that my payments were going to jump $30 a month. The last thing I wanted to do was throw a $600 car rental onto the loan to compile interest especially when I could have found alternative transportation for the week. I went in just wanting to get my car and leave and had to renegotiate the monthly payments of my loan. Nelson and the gentleman who worked finance were very helpful in working something out to fix the issue but I didn't leave there without putting another $500 down to cover the certification and an increase in my monthly payment to compensate for the rental. I just couldn't help but feel uncomfortable and uneasy after leaving there for the second time in a row. Right now, I'm just happy to have my car back and I have no interest in negotiating a new car deal with them in the future. I've been a loyal customer for 6 plus years and I've made all my payments on time. I just wish negotiations were more transparent and organized. It's just always something with them, nothing smooth about my experiences at all. On the other hand, the service department is GREAT. I've dealt with Yulissa countless times when getting my car serviced and she was not only transparent with what was being charged but extremely organized and kind. No bad things to say about their handling of my car. More

She is very professional and I always get a family feeling type of feeling from how she conducts herself go the extra mile for us customers. Last year I had a tire replaced on my car. I didn't have a appointment, there were cars ahead of me but she checked on each of us with updates via text and in person. You can always tell when a person is genuine and Samantha is the real deal.
