I took my vehicle to VW Gallery even though it is MUCH further away from several other VW dealers because I have always had excellent customer service with them. They worked hard to diagnose the issue and took care of a loaner vehicle for me for the 2 weeks needed to get my vehicle repaired correctly (delay due to national backorder on needed parts).
