Yulissa was outstanding! I have had VW's since 1997. I just bought my 2010 Passat Wagon off of lease. My car started to shake on 128 S-my check engine light went on as well I have had VW's since 1997. I just bought my 2010 Passat Wagon off of lease. My car started to shake on 128 S-my check engine light went on as well as the EPC code. I pulled over but decided on the spot to head the VW Gallery as I was an exit away. Once I got off the highway, my car would not accelerate and I was towed in. I called Yulissa to give her heads up my car was come in about 15 minutes. She was responsive, cool headed, and super supportive. I never felt like the Gallery was too busy to take me. They worked on it immediately. She researched that I most of the issue was covered under my extended warranty. Communication was great. I felt like I brought my car in to be detailed vs the anxiety and worry of how catastrophic the repair could be. This was a wonderful experience. More

My concern going forward is not having a comp car during my service. When this was not offered anymore, I cried!!! The stress of having to drive from Hopkinton and find someone to pick me up has been a huge nightmare!!! That service not only gave me transportation but possible trade in options to consider. More

Another great day buying a new Beetle I have had wonderful service and support at VW Gallery since buying my first 2012 VW Beetle from the dealership.
