Never again!!!!!!! I saw a vehicle that I was interested in and called Nelson. We made an appointment and I went in to the dealership. I bought the car and once I found out some of the things that they did not share with me Elaine refused to take any one of 6 phone calls. When I finally got to him (He did not return any of my calls) I tried explaining some of the problems I was encountering and shared with him that I do not think he was up front he stated that I did not have to purchase the car and I have 30 days to return it if I was not satisfied. Flat tire. Some confusion of it bring to be fixed that day. Some confusion over whether just before 5pm, if I could still get my tired fixed. Also, questionable whether my tire could be replaced under the warra Some confusion over whether just before 5pm, if I could still get my tired fixed. Also, questionable whether my tire could be replaced under the warranty, where I had purchased the tires with a warranty at the Wellesley Volkswagen. But I will say, the Service went above and beyond to find out (researched) if my tire replacement the next day could be honored, and it was! Minor, but the Service Dept forgot the cap that goes on the new tire’s air valve stem. I found a spare cap at a Service Center near where I work. Volkswagen also nailed me two after I called and they apologized. More
