What a great experience!! We had initially gone to another Honda dealer to look at a pre-owned CRV and had a very bad experience. The car shown on the website did not look like the one we saw. We immediately didn't trust them to purchase a car from them. We then found another CRV we liked at VOLKSWAGEN GALLERY in Norwood. Theo answered the phone; we immediately had a great impression, so we decided to make the trip to see the car. JUAN Encarnacion was our salesperson, and immediately we found him very personable, honest, straightforward, and professional The car had multiple dings on the hood, which made us want to continue to look more, but they offered to take them ALL out and offered us a small discount on the price. I had my reservations, whether the dings would, in fact, be ALL taken care of and the car would look nice. When we went to pick up the car, it was PERFECT! We got it yesterday, and we love it! Thank you JUAN Encarnacion., Theo, Russel L., Robert Lewis, and Mark Schelfhaudt for making this such a great experience with such a wonderful result! You were professional, forthright, and fair! LOOK AT YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Rob the contract guy is an authorized thief! I went there 3 times to take stuff out of my contract that he put on without my consent. I blame myself for not looking the last time I went, but there is an 270.00 dollar insurance fee that I don't even know what is for, the first time I asked to take it off and they did, but the third time I went it was back in the contract. Unreal! I'm so pissed off another thing that was added was a paint contract that cost almost $900.00 and i said i don't need it please take it off i was only supposed to get one that was put on the car some kind of wax and i said ok it's on the car i will pay for that almost $600.00. But please before you leave if you really have to buy a car there hopefully you don't because there are a lot of honest places much better than that. And if you want to know why I purchased there it's because it was not a VW but another brand car that it's not easy to find and they had it in the showroom for a good price. Also they sold me the car without the Title it took 2 weeks to get it. They are not listed in Better Business Bureau that tells a lot too! So PLEASE IF YOU REALLY HAVE TO BUY THERE, LOOK AT YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! I COULD GO BACK AND FIGHT AGAIN to take again stuff out of the contract, BUT THEY JUST DESERVE A TERRIBLE REVIEW More

Great experience!! I had a great experience at this dealership. When entering Eddie was quick to come and ask if I needed any assistance. I told him what I was looking I had a great experience at this dealership. When entering Eddie was quick to come and ask if I needed any assistance. I told him what I was looking for (used Jetta or lease a new). He got me test driving the used Jetta I had seen right away. We discussed my financial situation and he led me through what would ultimately be best for me. I decided on leasing a new 2017 Jetta. He was extremely helpful in finding what I wanted within my financial parameters! Within 48 hours I had gotten all necessary paperwork done and proof of graduating and signed for my new car! Both Eddie and Stacy Johnson were wonderful to work with and very helpful. They are extremely personable as well as professional and kind, I highly reccomend this dealership to others. While I love my car, the follow through of their sales I purchased a car through Volkswagen Gallery last week and have been regretting it ever since. While I love my car, the follow through of their sales manager Ben has been awful. Here's what I've experienced thus far - When I bought my car, they put in writing that they would repair a cigarette burn in the backseat. At first glance when I went to pick up the car it looked like they had repaired it - only to find when I ran my hand over it they had shoved black fuzz in the hole that came right out. - They filled out my paperwork had two different lenders listed as my credit union on my paperwork. No one will return my calls or emails saying whether or not this needs to be fixed and how to do it. - I've called BOTH banks listed on my paperwork and neither has any history or record of my account. Well, 10 texts, 4 voicemails and two calls to the GM later... I STILL have not received any reply. Dishonest, zero customer service, and your typical sleazy car dealership (despite the CONSTANT reassurance that they are anything but). More

He asked me what I wanted, what value I was looking for in my trade-in, absolutely calm, pleasant, no pressure and came back with a proposal better than I had expected. I was thrilled but I didn't let them know that until we shook hands. Eddie even asked me about my auto insurance and had me call to get some quotes and I could actually save 50% percent of what I was paying with my current insurance company. They as a whole were attentive and happy that I was pleased with the entire experience. It was a great day for me. I drove home in my clean, beautiful 2013 Lincoln MKX. I would highly recommend these great guys!! Truly professional, friendly and most helpful. More
