I bought the car and once I found out some of the things that they did not share with me Elaine refused to take any one of 6 phone calls. When I finally got to him (He did not return any of my calls) I tried explaining some of the problems I was encountering and shared with him that I do not think he was up front he stated that I did not have to purchase the car and I have 30 days to return it if I was not satisfied. What a great experience!! We had initially gone to another Honda dealer to look at a pre-owned CRV and had a very bad experience. The car shown on the website did not look like the one we saw. We immediately didn't trust them to purchase a car from them. We then found another CRV we liked at VOLKSWAGEN GALLERY in Norwood. Theo answered the phone; we immediately had a great impression, so we decided to make the trip to see the car. JUAN Encarnacion was our salesperson, and immediately we found him very personable, honest, straightforward, and professional The car had multiple dings on the hood, which made us want to continue to look more, but they offered to take them ALL out and offered us a small discount on the price. I had my reservations, whether the dings would, in fact, be ALL taken care of and the car would look nice. When we went to pick up the car, it was PERFECT! We got it yesterday, and we love it!
