I asked for ; oil chg, tire rotation, 10,000 mile check up and look at radio screen and driver 1,2,3 settings. I was there for 3 hours when I got home I read thru the documents they never did the tire rota up and look at radio screen and driver 1,2,3 settings. Scheduling was easy. Brendan who I checked in and out with was great! He had great communication and was efficient in getting my car diagnosed.
