Salesman Mike was fine. Loved the car I tried but there was one problem, it smelled like cigarettes. I was told by Mike that the car detailing crew would oxidize the car, sh Loved the car I tried but there was one problem, it smelled like cigarettes. I was told by Mike that the car detailing crew would oxidize the car, shampoo the carpet and change the filters. I thought that was great. The car would have then be delivered to me on Monday. That process apparently takes 24 houra. Monday came, I didn't hear anything. I reached out to Mike, was told the car was being cleaned twice and would be delivered by Tuesday. Tuesday came, car was delivered to me at my work and it smelled just the same as it was when I test drove it. All my coworkers agreed with the smell (wanted to make sure it wasn't just me). I called Mike and was told I was smelling the chemicals from the oxidation. Got some push back but we decided if I wasn't happy, that I had a week to bring it back (1.5 hour drive) to have a filter changed. I decided to clean the car head to toe myself, changed the cabin filter myself and fogged it myself. The smell isn't 100% gone. By way better than when I got it. I don't believe anything was done to clean it. If my car never had a smell, and didn't have to deal with any of that, I probably would have given them 5 stars. But unfortunately that wasn't the case.
