Having lived in a city much of our lives buying a car was a new experience for my wife an I, and an intimidating one at that. Ulises took great care in walking us through the features of the car and showing us some cool tips. Kyle in turn made the paperwork a breeze and on top of that helped us deal with some of the quirks of car registration. I can't state enough how much the whole experience exceed my expectations. On top of it all we had the chance to meet Jim Russomano who is the owner. He was on the sales floor and while we were there we saw him help a customer with a trade in and then a mother with her son buying his first car; "thank you, thank you" was all we could hear our whole time there. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Nutley Kia again and again. More
