I made an appointment for an an oil change and to discuss my options for returning the lease I was in. Tyler was first to assist me and he kicked things off by taking my truck in for the oil change; and also my options for returning the lease I was in. He gave me a timeline on how long it would take and offered to hand wash my truck after. I developed somewhat a professional and friendly relationship with Tony, the manager. His kindness, enthusiasm, and great customer service is why I’ve been a customer for so long. He introduced me to my salesman, Nick. Nick did an awesome job and knows how to have to engaging conversations that would make most people feel at ease when buying a new car. He was knowledgeable of the inventory and listened intently enough to recommend two car options based on what I shared. I was happy to see my salesman who sold me the Telluride in 2019. He was promoted and now tasked with assisting me with all finance questions and the signing of contracts. I love this location because I am made to feel welcomed and valued.
