Ulises was great! He truly went beyond customer service and he was really knowledgeable as far as what my family needed. I had a negative experience at Kia Englewood where they wanted to charge me an extra and he was really knowledgeable as far as what my family needed. I had a negative experience at Kia Englewood where they wanted to charge me an extra premium for the Kia Carnival 2022. Ulises gained my trust and was clear on all the fees and how this dealership in Nutley doesn’t charge premiums on cars and how transparent they are with their fees. Ulises service was beyond what I expected, all staff were really nice and friendly! Can’t ask for anything else at a local dealership! Don’t need to look for another Kia, this is by far one of the best dealerships I had been to. More
