The entire experience was amazing and effortless. I was given the exact number I wanted for my trade in and the exact amount I wanted to pay on my lease. Terrible experience. The dealership couldn’t back up their lease numbers and refused to let me talk to finance team. Chris’ final email to me basically stated the finance guy and sales manager were too their lease numbers and refused to let me talk to finance team.
