My experience and that of my family has been nothing short of superb. 2 years ago, I applied for a loan and was denied due to the difficulties that I was having shortly prior to visiting Nutley Kia. My credit tanks. Tony and Nick who was a new sales associate at the time were ever so kind. I returned to Nutley Kia because of this service and the contact that Nick maintained with me over the past years. I reached out to Nick while I was on vacation and mentioned that I am now fiscally ready to lease a car for my daughter. Nick was the consummate professional. It was wonderful to see how he has grown into a professional sales person, without the dogged pursuit. The car was readied and the contracts were readied for our arrival from vacation. When we arrived, at Nutley Kia, Nick was waiting for us, the car was parked in front and ready. All documents were only to be signed , and the finance was primed and awaiting us. I must say in all my years of purchasing vehicles from Mercedes, Porshe, Chevrolet, Ford, .... Carvana, etc. this has been my most enjoyable and peaceful and QUICK transaction on a car.
