Anthony at Nutley Kia took his time and walked us through the different options we could have taken without pushing his views and his needs for a sale on us. He gave us time to figure it out. It was a difficult time for us but we felt at ease when we got back to him with a decision. He and his dad moved things around in order to remove my hubby and I out of a tight spot that we were in and to place us into a brand new 2019 Kia. And also gave discounts! They saw our need as newlyweds in a financial jam and they met us where we were but more than exceeded our expectations. A lot more than I can say for a few other dealerships we visited that were sale hungry. More

My salesman Scott was super compassionate and also extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. I never felt pressured and I was reassured that every effort would be made to gain my business. Prior to this purchase at Kia, I purchased my last four vehicles from a Toyota dealership. I explained to Tony the manager that Toyota has always treated me right and that they were very aggressive with their pricing. Tony made me a deal that I couldn't refuse and he explained to me that he wanted me to know that he can be just as sincere as Toyota has been. In addition to a very positive overall car buying experience, I am also completely floored by the initial of Kia and have a feeling that I may truly be converted. Kia is miles ahead of Toyota in initial quality for sure. I can't say enough positive things. More
